How it works: Your vacancy will be circulated to our network of offices, giving your position maximum exposure to potential candidates.
- We undertake a vacancy matching process, speaking with all potential candidates and prepare a suitable shortlist for the employer
- An Employment Mediator forwards a shortlist of candidates’ CV’s to you, the employer
- In consultation with the Employment Mediator, you arrange an interview with the candidates of your choice
- Following the interview, the Employment Mediator receives feed back from both you, the employer, and the candidates you interviewed
- You make the successful candidate an offer.
